At my gym a lot of consideration goes into the design and layout of the facilities available to you in order to provide for a broad range of fitness needs using technology which is safe, effective and comfortable.
All equipment is continously well-maintained, reviewed and updated in accordance with the huge knowledge base of the health and fitness industry.
The facilities at my private gym currently include:
Resistance
- Incline/decline adjustable bench

- Adjustable dumbbells (up to 52.5kg per dumbbell)

- Exercise bike (with magnetic resistance, selectable profiles, heart rate monitor, % body fat, body mass index, recovery index)
