Facilities
At my gym a lot of consideration goes into the design and layout of the facilities available to you in order to provide for a broad range of fitness needs using technology which is safe, effective and comfortable.
All equipment is continuously well-maintained, reviewed and updated in accordance with the huge knowledge base of the health and fitness industry.
During the summer months, I also make use of my large private garden with swimming pool to train people (if clients are happy to train in water). Many people have told me that they really enjoy this aspect of their training programme.
The facilities at my private gym currently include:
Resistance

- Exercise bike (with magnetic resistance, selectable profiles, heart rate monitor, % body fat, body mass index, recovery index)
- Reebok step (adjustable to 15, 20, or 25cm height)

Proprioception
- Fitballs (55, 60 and 65cm diameter)
