For these reasons I’ve classified my services into a number of convenient packages outlined within the menu to the left. Each package forms a framework which is tailored to your own specific needs and requirements.
All these packages include 2 starter sessions for new clients comprising a Physical Activity Readiness Consultation and a Personal Profile assessment.
Alternatively I can design a series of programs on an individual session-by-session basis. The initial consultation will enable us to decide exactly what is perfect for you.
Sessions are usually carried out at my fully-equipped private gym. Alternatively, home visits can be arranged for clients, depending on location.

In order to obtain the full benefits of this service, a certain level of general conditioning may be required.

Well this service is tailor-made for you! With 5 days per week of carefully constructed exercise this intensive program is not for the faint-hearted though. Just keep reminding yourself it’s only for 4 weeks and the results will be phenominal! Along with some sensible nutrition advice, this service includes a unique combination of resistance, anaerobic, aerobic and proprioceptive training techniques that ensure the optimum rate of exercise and recovery for all muscle groups.

This Food and Lifestyle Improvement Program is not a diet. The Farrar FLIP is an integrated nutrition and lifestyle guidance system that helps you monitor and take control of your eating and activity routine before it takes control of you. This service enables a deeper understanding of how minor lifestyle adjustments can lead to major long-term health and body composition improvements. Includes nutrition advice, metabolic type testing, a nutrition and activity diary, analysis of calorie intake and expenditure, and goal-specific recommendations.

Even if you’ve never run before I’ll show you how to comfortably progress through various stages of interval training. This service is included in all other packages for new clients, but is also ideal for providing regular moral-boosting evidence for ongoing improvements. Included here are a number of static health checks as well as a full assessment of functional flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and posture.
