Egg & Sausage Protein Bowl

This can be enjoyed as brunch, lunch or just general munch!

Chop up gluten free sausages, tomatoes, spinach, rocket, olives and blueberries with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Then add 3 boiled eggs and avocado - I like them soft boiled (doesn’t look too pretty when you cut into the eggs, but that runny yolk just tastes soooo good.)
