Nutty Banana Bowl
If you need a quick snack that feels just that little bit indulgent but is actually packed full of healthy fats and protein, then this is the one to go for.
Simply toast the nuts (e.g. macadamias, pistachios, hazels, pecans, flaked almonds...) in a pan with a little coconut oil, add some raisins and desiccated coconut, then a little organic honey. Once the honey has completely melted, add to the contents of the pan to a bowl of chopped banana, pour full fat coconut milk over, add a few blueberries and enjoy!
