Creamy Mustard Chicken


With jalapeño peppers and mustard, this one’s got a bit of a kick to it!

Chop up some chicken, onion, mushrooms, a red pepper, and some jalapeño peppers, to fry in a pan with butter, a splash of coconut cream, and a couple of teaspoons of wholegrain mustard. You might like to serve with a big salad too - anything you like here - I just chopped up a carrot and some cherry tomatoes, and mixed with spinach, blueberries and olives. Quick, simple, tasty and nutritious!
